For ownership verification before key work, we check your Emirates ID and vehicle registration (Mulkiya). We look at these documents at the time of the job. We do not need to keep copies of them.

This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletters, and no tracking pixels beyond basic, anonymized analytics if enabled. We do not buy data and we do not collect data about you from other sources.

We use your information for one purpose: to provide the car key service you asked for. That means contacting you about your booking, finding your location, verifying vehicle ownership, and following up after the job, including sending a review link if you agree.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not use it for advertising. The only people who see your details are the members of our own team handling your job.

We keep call and WhatsApp records only as long as needed for the job and any reasonable follow-up, such as warranty questions. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it.
