Terms of Service

These terms cover the mobile car key services provided by Car Key Programming Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking our service, you agree to these terms.

We are a fully mobile service. Our technicians come to your car's location anywhere in Dubai to cut, program, repair, or replace car keys, remotes, fobs, and access devices. We have no shop, no walk-in counter, and no fixed premises.

When you contact us, we will ask about your car's make, model, and year and the nature of the problem so we arrive with the right equipment. Please give accurate information so we can serve you properly.

We confirm a fixed quote before any work starts. The price we agree is the price you pay. If we discover something unexpected once we see the car, we will explain it and agree any change with you before continuing. We never add charges silently.

Our rule is test-before-you-pay. We test every function of the new key in front of you, lock, unlock, boot, and engine start, and you pay only when everything works to your satisfaction.

Before making any key, we verify that you are entitled to it. This normally means checking your Emirates ID and the vehicle's registration (Mulkiya). Company vehicles need company authorization, and rental vehicles need the rental agreement.

If ownership cannot be verified, we will not proceed with the work. This is a strict requirement, not a preference, and it applies to every job without exception.

Please make sure the car is accessible at the agreed time and location, including parking level, bay number, and any gate access we need. If something changes, tell us as early as you can so we can adjust.

Please also have your ownership documents ready when our technician arrives. Having them at hand keeps the visit quick and smooth.

Warranty terms: to be confirmed by the owner.

What we can promise today: if a key we made stops working because of our workmanship, tell us straight away and we will make it right. That is how we have always worked, and it is how we will keep working.

We take care with your vehicle and use professional, non-destructive methods for entry and key work. In the unlikely event that our work causes damage, tell us immediately and we will address it fairly.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in your vehicle, such as a failing car battery or damaged locks, that affect the key work. We will always point these out honestly when we find them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
